GGE srl 40 years of experience

GGE srl was founded in the late 1970s as a manufacturer of filters for the purification of polluted air.

Over more than 40 years, it has established itself on the Italian and European markets by diversifying its production, offering reliable products and services for all industrial sectors.

GGE srl designs and manufactures, in-house, from individual devices to entire industrial plants, in sectors where adequate air treatment is required to protect work and the environment.

In the last few years, the GGE group has undertaken collaborations with qualified Italian and European partners, both at the production and commercial level, also consolidating in sectors such as biotechnology, energy recovery and security.

Mobile welding fume extraction systems

Mobile extraction fans are portable devices that can be easily placed near workstations for the extraction of dust, welding fumes, gases, vapours and odours.
GGE offers various models of mobile extraction units for all types of extraction and filtration needs.
Mobile filters can be activated carbon, bag filters, cartridge filters and can also be equipped with suction arms. They can also be suitable for operation in ATEX zones.
Self-cleaning cartridge filters are suitable for dust filtration.
Mobile fume extractors are equipped with two spark-free metal prefilters as well as an F7 high-efficiency pocket filter and two activated carbon panels.
Atex activated carbon filters are suitable for air contaminated with solvents, VOCs and odours.
Mobile extraction units for welding fumes are supplied as standard with a filter module including ionising cell, collector cell, metal prefilter and transformer.
GGE srl also offers filters for light emulsion vapours containing water and oil.
AIRSOL SMART, one of the leading mobile extraction units, is used to remove oily mists and smoke from machine tools.

Suction tables are very important where welding, sanding and grinding operations are carried out on small workpieces.
They normally consist of a robust perforated sheet metal suction table from which fumes and dust are sucked in and slag is conveyed to a collection drawer.
The benches are available with and without fans for central suction system applications.

The walls and front plate can also suck in air to ensure the suction of smaller particles.
Suction tables with cartridge filters have the option of manual or compressed air cleaning.
GGE also offers benches with smaller suction tables for manual plasma cutting or wood and resin sanding.
Many of the suction tables are also available in the Atex EX II 3D version.

Filters for centralised extraction systems suck air away from the emission source and remove residues from various production processes. They keep production environments safe, purify and clean the air for the health of operators.
GGE srl specialises in the design and realisation of centralised extraction systems for all production sectors.
Filters with activated carbon cartridges are suitable for odour removal.
Filters for oil mist extraction systems are suitable for machine tools, CNC, lathes, milling machines and other machines containing coolant.
Bag filter systems are ideal for dust and welding fumes. FINPOL models are equipped with self-cleaning cartridges and can operate in Atex zones. The FINPOL HZ models with horizontal cartridges have automatic counter-current pressurised air cleaning and allow quick maintenance of the cartridges.POWER JET is a self-cleaning filter that can hold 64 cartridges or 144 bags.
GGE srl also manufactures filters for suction systems where it is necessary to store large quantities of waste products.
Most of the filters offered by GGE srl are modular, such as the DEVID FILTER.

Dust and fume extraction arms

Suction arms are self-supporting, extendable, articulated and adjustable devices. They are ideal for removing fumes, dusts, vapours, vapours, gases and odours close to the emission source, thus minimising operator exposure to pollutants. Suction arms are available in different lengths and diameters and are also available with Atex certification.

They are manufactured in AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel and are available for high temperatures, anti-acid, anti-static, depending on the field of application.

The Perma Arm is GGE's self-supporting suction arm for any application, equipped with various accessories and available in an antistatic version for the electronics industry. It can be ceiling, wall or table mounted. The arm has suction heads or suction nozzles in different sizes.

With lengths of up to 9.2 metres, the Elefantino suction arm series meets all requirements for smoke, mist, gas and dust extraction. Available in versions with extension, without extension and with bottom suction support. The Elefantino series is available in Atex version and in 304 and 316 stainless steel. GGE also offers multi-joint mini arms for bench and small tool applications.

Vehicle exhaust gas extraction systems

In repair and test workshops for motorcycles, cars, industrial and agricultural vehicles, it is necessary to install exhaust gas extraction systems that connect directly to the silencers.

This type of plant allows the absorbed and filtered gases to be discharged externally using sliding, mobile and flexible pipes. GGE offers exhaust gas hose reels with and without fans, as well as motorised exhaust gas hose reels.

Sliding suction systems are also available, useful for in-line workstations and workshops with low suction synchronisation or where it is necessary to follow the moving vehicle during operation.

Sliding suction systems are also available in kit version: fan, duct, hose reel, trolley, connections, flanges and nozzles.

We offer a wide range of exhaust gas inlets in forprene and sheet metal. GGE also offers extraction systems for mobile extraction systems and forklift charging stations using special battery covers.

Paint filtration booths

Painting booths are used to contain volatile hazardous substances (chemicals, gases, fumes) released into the air during painting processes due to overspray (the part of the paint that is sprayed but does not settle on the surface to be painted). The use of a painting booth is the solution to protect the health of employees and the environment and to comply with current regulations.

Another advantage of using these booths is that they prevent dust or other airborne substances from settling on the surfaces to be painted, resulting in a high quality finished product.

GGE offers painting booths even for small applications. Water-based painting booths with galvanised sheet metal tanks and different filtration systems (water flow front curtain, droplet separator, drawers with Paint Stop).

Dry painting booths with front panels that retain paint residues. Even dry painting booths with activated carbon are available, ideal for spray painting. Suction walls are interesting as mobile elements.

Suction cabinets are dry filtration equipment often used to capture contaminants such as dust, fumes or gases from various types of processing that can be harmful to the health of operators.

GGE offers sound-absorbing boxes for the compartmentalisation of hazardous or harmful activities. The boxes are made of mineral wool panels. The insulation layer is fireproof, rot-proof, waterproof and resistant to temperatures above 200 °C.

The suction cabinets for fine and light dust reduction are made of galvanised sheet metal with a compressed air jet cleaning system. The suction walls are ideal for mobile workstations with Atex II 3GD extractors and polyester cartridges.

Evaporative coolers

Evaporative coolers are a natural, efficient and cost-effective technological solution for summer air conditioning of industrial facilities such as warehouses, production departments, commercial premises, workshops, show halls and exhibitions.

The acclimatisation of the rooms takes place in a simple and natural way according to an adiabatic process. The system produces cooling through the exchange of energy between water and air.

GGE offers mobile and stationary chillers. Evaporative coolers have a fan that draws air from the room and passes it through a special evaporative panel. These panels are continuously wetted with water thanks to a sophisticated distribution system.

The air passes through the water-impregnated cells of the panel and cools down by releasing its heat into the evaporating water. The outgoing air is refreshed and clean. At the end of the recirculation, the cooler automatically drains the remaining water to prevent stagnation.

In addition to chillers, GGE offers air extractors, axial fans for wall or roof mounting on industrial structures, which can also be used to support evaporative coolers.
