From a two-man business to a global player
It all started with a little grey box. 25 years ago, Jürgen Kemper and Erwin Telöken developed and built their first extraction unit for dental and laboratory technology.
With a lot of potential - as the rapid growth of the company showed. Within just a few years, the two-man business developed into a global player. Today, TEKA Absaug- und Entsorgungstechnologie GmbH, with around 150 employees in Coesfeld and Weseke, produces extraction units for the automotive, metal and electrical industries.
TEKA filter units provide clean air for employees at the industrial workplace and help to protect the environment. The portfolio of the full-range supplier ranges from mobile and stationary units for source extraction to ventilation solutions for hall air filtration and complex system solutions for the cutting industry.
Dealer loyalty and customer proximity
Individually tailored to the operational situation, suitable for everyday use, easy to operate - this credo still applies to TEKA solutions today. The Air Purifiers have always kept their feet firmly on the ground despite continuous growth and have placed great emphasis on close dealer and customer support. TEKA is regarded in the industry as a problem solver that intensively responds to the needs of trading partners and end customers. Individual advice and support are still a top priority in the digital age. An important role is played here by the companys own communication centre with training rooms and 1,000 m² of exhibition space where more than 100 training and further education courses take place annually.

Hall ventilation systems
Hall ventilation technology works on the principle that all the air in a hall is circulated and returned cleaned to the work area.
Most of our hall ventilation systems do not require any pipework to be installed, which makes installation quick and cost-effective.
We offer a large number of different types of systems that can fulfil almost any structural requirement.In air circulation operation, virtually no fresh air has to be supplied and reheated, which minimises heating costs in winter.
Hall ventilation systems should mainly be used as a supporting system.
Focussed extraction of dust directly at the point of origin should always be the first choice, as this provides the most effective protection for the worker.
Central fume and dust extraction systems
In the field of stationary and centralised systems, we offer devices for medium and high emissions equipped with a fully automatic dedusting system.
In addition, there are also high-capacity units that can be installed in fixed locations on the production sites and that allow simultaneous extraction of several different work areas via ducts and hoses.
Our technicians optimally adapt the different components to the needs of each individual customer.
Fume and dust extraction arms
TEKA offers a wide range of suction and collection elements for different solutions. We have suction arms ranging from diameters as small as 50 mm for laboratories, dental or beauty salons to large diameters for the extraction of large amounts of welding fumes.
In addition, the TEKA product portfolio includes suction arms, cranes and hoses made of materials optimised for different applications, for example, arms made of chemically resistant or antistatic aluminium.
Each suction element is fitted with a cap at the end to ensure effective suction. You can choose between different models.
Our suction elements can be attached to the worktop, wall or ceiling or can be connected directly to the filter unit and positioned with joints or cranes with arms. We will be happy to advise you on finding the right solution for you.

High vacuum extraction systems
They are systems developed for the suction of many different industrial pollutants such as welding fumes, grinding dusts, composite dusts from the source.
They are also ideal systems for use with on-torch welding fume extraction.
Air purifiers
ViroLine Maxi cleans the air from germs, bacteria and viruses. It is suitable for large rooms and workshops. The air is sucked in from a height of approx. 2 m and then passed through a UV-C irradiation section. The device is also equipped with an H14 filter that effectively blocks viruses and bacteria.
